Chargrilled Oysters

The chargrilled oysters appetizer takes full advantage of oyster season, when cooler waters produce bigger, more succulent oysters.

While you can get oysters year round, experiencing them during the fall season is an unbeatable experience.  Topped with garlic and herb butter, the oysters are grilled with a Parmesan crust for even more piquant, subtly smoky flavor.
