Hotel Monteleone will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or email address (“personal data” through our websites unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us.
When you do provide Hotel Monteleone with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: we may store and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve the products and services offered at our New Orleans hotel; we (or a fulfillment house or other third party on our behalf in connection with a promotion) may use that information to contact you; and/or we may provide other third parties with aggregate – but not individual – information about visitors to or users of our sites. We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties.

Hotel Monteleone has no intention of collecting any personal data from individuals under thirteen years of age. Hotel Monteleone takes the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is not used in a way that you may not be aware of or may not be agreeable to. You may wish to submit an information request about our New Orleans hotel, participate in one of our promotions or subscribe to our e-mail or postal mail lists. In response, we may ask for information such as your name and postal address. In the event you opt to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified by you at the bottom of the information gathering form. In deciding whether or not to join such lists, please note that they are only used for the Hotel Monteleone purposes. Hotel Monteleone has two exceptions to these limits on use of personal information:

Cookies, among other things, speed navigation though our Site, keep track of information so that you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit our Site, and may provide you with customized content about our New Orleans hotel. Hotel Monteleone may provide links to a number of other web sites that we believe might offer you useful information and services during your stay at our New Orleans hotel. Therefore, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the actions of third parties, including without limitation, any web site owners whose sites may be reached through this Site, nor can we control the activities of those web sites. What Information is Secure? What isn’t?
E-mail communication to and from our site is not secure unless clearly noted otherwise. This is a risk inherent in the use of e-mail. Please be aware of this when requesting information or sending forms to us by e-mail.
When working with our internal database created online opt-in activity on the web site, we employ industry standard encryption technologies to help protect consumer data.
