French Quarter Festival 2013

French Quarter Festival 2013 is the largest free music festival in the South. 2013 marks French Quarter Fest’s 30 Year Anniversary. This year’s festivities will feature more than 800 local musicians, free special events, more than 65 New Orleans restaurants, family fun with two kids activity areas, and fireworks on the Mississippi River.
French Quarter Fest 2013 will feature more than 1,400 musicians performing on 20+ stages. Notable local favorites include Soul Rebels Brass Band, Bonerama, Chris Owens, George Porter, Jr., Delfeayo Marsalis & The Uptown Jazz Orchestra, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Kermit Ruffins and the Barbecue Swingers, and more.
