Preparing for our 125th Anniversary in 2011, we are running a story contest. The hotel has been a home away from home for guests from around the globe since 1886. A heartbeat in the city of New Orleans, The Hotel Monteleone has been the choice of dignitaries and literary giants, musicians and artists, politicians and athletes for generations. But we would love to have your stories to record and share for future generations. We are looking for treasured memories of your time spent with us. From funny anecdotes to wedding proposals to simply unforgettable moments you feel others would enjoy hearing about, give us a few minutes of your time and share a story or two with us for posterity’s sake and you could win a chance to make even more special memories at The Hotel Monteleone. Contest Rules
1. General. By submitting to this sweepstakes sponsored by Hotel Monteleone (the sponsor) the entrant acknowledges and agrees to all of these official rules. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. The sweepstakes begins on March 10, 2010 and ends on May 1, 2010 at 12am. The Judge, Jenny Adams will choose a winner based on how well the submissions fits the criteria. The winner will be announce May 17 at 11:00 am. All times in this sweepstakes are Central Time. No purchase necessary to play. Purchase will not improve entrants’ chances of winning. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. No cash equivalent for prize will be awarded. Prize is nontransferable. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and fees which may be payable due to receipt and use of the prize(s). Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Hotel Monteleone reserves the right to change the rules without advance notice. We have been married for 53 years and need a trip and would enjoy a vivit to New Orleans. I has been a long time since our visit. We would enjoy this time.
