CONTEST RULES:

1. PRIZE: Grand Prize Winner 1 $720 deluxe package includes welcome drinks for two at the legendary Carousel Bar, Two night, three day stay with daily American Breakfast for two.
2. For your chance to win, watch TV 10′s Passe Partout for an entire week beginning Monday, April 26^th, 2010.  Each weekday, “the word of the day” will be shown on Passe Partout.  Words will be shown for one (1) week (4/26 – 5/7). Viewers must send all five words for the week, along with contact information.  Entries can be submitted via email through www.klfy.com or sending it in on a 3 x 5″ postcard to: KLFY’s New Orleans Getaway Giveaway, c/o KLFY-TV 10, P.O. Box 90665, Lafayette, LA  70509.
3. Four (4) qualifiers will be pulled on 5/5, and 5/14 during Passe Partout.  There will be a total of Eight (8) qualifiers.
4. One (1) winner will be drawn from the eight (8) qualifiers on Passe Partout on Friday, May 14^th, 2010.
5. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and show proof of identification upon receipt of prize.
6. Viewers may enter only once per week per household.
7. Once a viewer has been pulled as a qualifier for the week, all other entries for that household will be null and void (only one qualifier per household).
8. Employees of KLFY-TV, Young Broadcasting Inc., competing television stations, cable and satellite companies and their immediate families are not eligible.  Hotel Monteleone employees and/or families are not eligible.
9. Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or U.S. mail.  In the unlikely event KLFY-TV is unable to contact the winner; another drawing will be conducted to determine a winner.  KLFY-TV is not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties with printing, U.S. mail, Internet, or telephone.
10. Odds of winning are determined by the number of correct entries received each week by KLFY.
11. No purchase is necessary to enter.
12. This contest may be discontinued or rules changed at any time without notice.
13. This contest is conducted by KLFY-TV whose decisions are final on all matters.
14. The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner.  The prize will be forfeited if not claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification of winning.  The prize may be substituted by KLFY-TV in the unlikely event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
15. The winner must show proof of identification, including Social Security number, and must sign a standard station release form. The winner is liable for all taxes.
16. The winner agrees that KLFY-TV, their sponsors, agencies and affiliates have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest.
17. A copy of the contest rules is available online at www.klfy.com, and at the KLFY-TV studios located at 1808 Eraste Landry Road, Lafayette, Louisiana 70506.
18. Upon completion of the contest, a complete list of qualifiers and winner will be available upon written request to KLFY-TV.
19. Void where prohibited.
20. Prize must be picked up within 30 days of grand prize drawing.
