At Savvy Gourmet learn to cook a fabulous meal through hands-on and demonstration-style classes in designed for home chefs with any amount of interest at any skill level. With a fully equipped Viking range kitchen and top chefs teaching, Savvy Gourmet provides the ultimate experience.

Demos are designed for groups of 15-50 to be entertained and educated by chefs from some of New Orleans’ premier restaurants. Not only will you get recipes from the demo to take home with you, but you will also get the opportunity to taste all the chef’s creations as well as complimentary beverages to enjoy during the class. With an overhead view of the action through our video system, no need to worry about getting the best view in the house.

Hands-on classes are focused on specific content areas and limited to just 10 people. This intimate setting allows for Savvy students to interact with and work closely with the chefs/instructors to get the best, most valuable experience possible. The classes are fun and informative, and you eat what you cook! At the end of one of these classes, you too will be a great chef!

If you’d rather sit back and enjoy Savvy Gourmet without the hands-on experience then let them throw you a dinner party your friends will never forget. Host a private party in the modern Savvy Gourmet dining area and you will be wowed! Perfect for a bridal shower, bachelorette party or any other intimate event.
