CONTEST RULES
- PRIZE: (1) ONE Two night, three day stay at the Hotel Monteleone, based on availability.
- For your chance to win log onto www.WAFB.com beginning June 6th- August 31st. Entries must be submitted online at www.hotelmonteleone.com/wafb
- Winner will be determined by the Hotel Monteleone.
- One (1) winner per drawing.
- Contestants must be at least 18 years of age and show proof of identification upon receipt of prize.
- Viewers may enter only once per household.
- Employees of WAFB., competing television stations, cable and satellite companies and their immediate families are not eligible. Hotel Monteleone employees and/or families are not eligible.
- Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, or U.S. mail. In the unlikely event WAFB is unable to contact the winner; another drawing will be conducted to determine a winner. WAFB is not responsible for errors, problems or difficulties with printing, U.S. mail, Internet, or telephone.
- Odds of winning are determined by the number of correct entries received each week by WAFB.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- This contest may be discontinued or rules changed at any time without notice.
- This contest is conducted by WAFB whose decisions are final on all matters.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and may not be substituted by the winner. The prize will be forfeited if not claimed within fourteen (14) days of notification of winning. The prize may be substituted by WAFB in the unlikely event that it is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
- The winner must show proof of identification, including Social Security number, and must sign a standard station release form. The winner is liable for all taxes.
- The winner agrees that WAFB, their sponsors, agencies and affiliates have no liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any prizes awarded in this contest.

Me and my husband have been married 3.5 years and in that short time we moved into a new house (a major fixer- upper), he got a new job and have had two beautiful children 20 months apart! We never had a honeymoon and since every weekend we are working on our house we have yet to really take any time for ourselves! We need a get away!!

I am a 62 year old grandmother who desperately needa a staycation. I have only had one vacation in my life, and that was a overnight stay in Houston the day Lady Diana and Prince Charles wed. I take care of three of my grandkids all summer long while thier mom works eight hours daily. I have dreamed of a getaway to a fine place like the Hotel Monteleone for a coulple of nights with my husband. Please PICK ME and make my dream come true.

There is no other state that can be compared to Louisiana.

I would love to be able to take my mother for the 50th anniversary she never got. My dad passed away with cancer four months before there 50th wedding anniversary two years ago and they had planned on going to new orleans and staying at the Hotel Monteleone! She would be so thrilled to be able to stay and have a relaxing few days in honor of my dad.

I would love to take my son on a trip to New Orleans. I had gone with a friend a year after Katrina and came home telling him all about it and encouraging a lot of my friends to go down to help them with their commerce. What a great thing you guys are doing! I would love to win this. We could NEVER afford a getaway like this but I know there are plenty of people out there who need the vacation and getaway much more than my husband and I. I’ve read about a lady that her husband passes and would love to be there in his honor. That is just so touching. And all of the birthdays, the married couple never being able to go on a vacation or honey moon. And especially the “tired mawmaw”. I know all of you would LOVE to go to the hotel and who ever wins, I hope its the time of your life. Take care everyone and God bless!
