COVID-19 UPDATE: TRAVEL INFORMATION

The well-being of our guests and associates is of paramount importance. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

Hotel Monteleone will be temporarily closed to arriving guests effective Monday, March 23rd through Thursday, April 30th (subject to change).

These measures are similar to what several other states are doing as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is advising stricter measures to better slow the spread of COVID-19.

We are implementing the following policies related to current or future reservations:

Guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date through April 30, 2020 (including reservations with pre-paid rates), will be allowed to make full changes or cancellations without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate changes.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals/websites are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies. The hotel cannot accept inquiries related to third-party bookings.

To update or cancel your reservation, please click Modify or Cancel Reservation or email us at reservations@hotelmonteleone.com.  Emails will be answered within 48 hours of receipt.
