The staff provides exceptional hospitality across every position, and the location is adjacent to the French Quarter. I've been to New Orleans several times and stayed in many different hotels -- this one rates as a truly "First Class" experience!''

"It's a classic, historical hotel. The service at the front door, the front desk, housekeeping, and the conference serving staff was very warm, welcoming, and professional. We were there for a board meeting and a conference (and extended a day) so six nights in all. That is a long time to be in NOLA, but the lovely Hotel Monteleone made us feel very much at home. They have a large bar, which made it convenient for our group to find each other after meetings. Highly recommend."
