Lunch
When midday hunger comes on strong, head to Criollo Restaurant for one of our mouth-watering COOLinary specials. Get an incredible deal on our three-course COOLinary lunch menu, with your choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert for just $20.
For the first course, you’ll have a choice between Ratatouille and Goat Cheese Ravioli, with Bloomsdale spinach and yellow & red concasse, and Blue Crab and Corn Beignets served with brown butter and remoulade.
The second course offers two dishes:Â Thyme Marinated Chicken Breast, served with portobello mushrooms, goat cheese polenta cake, and roasted shallot au Jus, or Roasted Snapper with artichoke hearts and spinach tomato fondue.
Then, satisfy your sweet tooth with either Key Lime Raspberry Tartlet or Mile High Pie for the third course.
Dinner
If you visit us during dinner hours (5:30pm –’ til), you can enjoy your choice of appetizer, entrée, and dessert, all for the special COOLinary price of just $35.
You will begin your meal with either Braised Pork Belly or Chilled White & Green Asparagus. The pork belly is served with smothered greens, stone ground grits, and braising jus, and the asparagus will include brandied peaches, Humboldt fog blue cheese, and summer truffle.
For your entrée, choose from Grilled Gulf Swordfish with crawfish tails and saffron rice or Cabernet Braised Short Rib with smoked bacon & eggplant risotto.
Finish your meal by indulging in either our Praline Charlotte or the Ponchatoula Strawberries Romanoff.
