Chargrilled Oysters

The chargrilled oyster appetizer takes full advantage of oyster season when cooler waters produce bigger, more succulent oysters.

While you can get oysters year-round, experiencing them during the fall season is an unbeatable experience.  Topped with garlic and herb butter, the oysters are grilled with a Parmesan crust for an even more piquant, subtly smoky flavor.
